Show: A High-Energy, Interactive Music & Culture Experience
This high-energy, interactive show blends traditional music, movement, and modern sound to engage the entire school. Students learn basic jigging steps, discover traditional instruments (washboard, harmonica, fiddle, jaw harp), and enjoy moments of juggling before DJ Douzie joins in with turntables and a contemporary music-making approach that gets everyone up and dancing. With over 700 school performances across Canada, this proven program is an excellent fit for Grades k to 12 and works beautifully as a full-school gym assembly. We provide all sound equipment, during of show is flexible between 20 and 60 minutes.
Workshops: Fiddle and Furs
Participants touch furs and practice Manitoba animal French vocabulary with TiBert. Also, participants have the opportunity to play traditional percussion instruments (spoons and bells) in addition to trying out the turntable when they play in a group guided by Douzie.
The workshops are offered in rotation for a maximum of 60 students at a time, half of them with TiBert and the other half with Douzie. The workshops can last from 20 to 60 minutes depending on the schedule, the budget and the number of students. We rotate groups halfway through. For example, for a duration of 40 minutes, after 20 minutes the students with TiBert move to Douzie and vice versa.

Spectacle : Une expérience musicale et culturelle interactive à haute énergie
Ce spectacle dynamique et participatif marie musique traditionnelle, mouvement et sonorités modernes pour captiver tout le public scolaire. Les élèves découvrent la gigue, explorent des instruments traditionnels (planche à laver, harmonica, violon, guimbarde) et profitent de moments de jonglerie de TiBert, lorsque DJ Douzie entre en scène avec ses platines tournantes et une approche contemporaine de la création musicale qui transforme le gymnase en party de danse. Présenté dans plus de 700 écoles à travers le Canada, ce programme éprouvé est parfaitement adapté aux M à 12 années et fonctionne très bien en assemblée scolaire complète. Nous fournissons tout l’équipement sonore, avec un temps flexible de spectacles entre 20 et 60 minutes.
Ateliers : Violon et fourrures
Les participants touchent des fourrures et pratiquent le vocabulaire des animaux du Manitoba avec TiBert. Aussi les participants ont l'occasion de jouer des instruments de percussion traditionnels (cuillères et grelots) en plus d'essayer la platine vinyle (turntable) lorsqu'ils jouent en groupe guidé par Douzie.
Les ateliers sont offerts en rotation pour 60 élèves maximum à la fois dont la moitié avec TiBert et l’autre avec Douzie. Les ateliers peuvent avoir une durée de 20 à 60 minutes selon l'horaire, le budget et le nombre d'élèves. Nous faisons la rotation des groupes à mi-chemin. Par exemple, pour une durée de 40 minutes, au bout de 20 minutes les élèves avec TiBert se déplacent vers Douzie et vice versa.
